Who is Gary Doyle?

About Me:

Gary Doyle with his wife and daughter

Gary, Lorrie and daughter Kristi

Hi my name is Gary Doyle. I’m 58 years old from Rockland County, NY.
About 7 years ago I retired from the Clarkstown Police Department in NY and began looking for a smart but also exciting way to invest my savings. After extensive research I came to the conclusion that Costa Rica was an undiscovered paradise.

Discovering Paradise:

My wife Lorrie and I traveled through much of Costa Rica looking for the right opportunity. We began in the North and worked our way South. From Manuel Antonio we traveled to Dominical by way of a 25 mile dirt road, which was to say the least, a nightmare to drive; with holes as big as cars. We found a cool surf town in Dominical but it was not exactly what we were looking for and so our quest continued. About 15 minutes South, just past Uvita, we found a gated community with great people named Brisas Del Mar in Ballena. The area reminded me of a mini Maui. The breathtaking view, combined with the protected Ballena National Park, was the catalyst for the purchase of 2 titled adjacent lots (lots 7 and 8). With the Government improvements of roads, a state of the art newly constructed hospital, and the promise of an international airport; I had no doubt that Ballena was a prime real estate opportunity.

Development:

The property sits a short 10 minute ride to town of Uvita. The gated community is a converted dairy farm, with it’s authentic beauty and charm decorated with rivers and wildlife. Since purchasing the lots the area has undergone extensive development and improvements. The road from hell was completed last year and is one of the best roads in Costa Rica. As part of a Government sponsored movement to spark commerce, trade, and investment, the international airport is currently in the process of development. The entire region is growing with new banks, grocery stores, and great restaurants that combined, result in this property being a dream investment.

The Masterplan:

My plan is to start construction with a single house on Lot 7 and to sell this property when complete. Every cent of your invested money would go directly into this project. I propose renting the property and using it at our leisure until it has been sold. My estimated sale price is $650,000. Two owners would be a perfect fit for this venture. Once the first house is sold, I have Lot 8, which is 3 acres and larger than the first. Here, we could build a house to share and/or rent out, and getting our money back in the process. . I am very familiar with the area and have many friends there. I have building plans completed along with a lawyer, architect, and a builder.

I am a musician and I enjoy racquetball in my spare time but my new love is ATVing through the jungles of Costa Rica. Call me lets talk. Gary
